Shipping & Turnaround

Turnaround can vary based of each individual order (e.g framing or not, shipping) but general turnaround is approximately 2 - 4 weeks including shipping depending on where delivery is being made.

Prints

Paper prints are printed one Canson Platine fibre rag which is an environmentally friendly paper. Additionally, all orders are limited edition print which are signed and include a stamped certificate of authentication on the back of the prints.

Onstone prints are printed on sculpturing stone which is durable, scratch resistant and have a reduction of glare. These can’t come frameless and have very limited framing options.

Please note that all mock up images of framing etc for limited edition prints, are for example purposes only.

Refund and Exchanges

No refunds and exchanges are accepted, however if an artwork arrives damaged, it will replace at no cost.

Payment

Katherine Grace will not be held liable or responsible for any additional charges imposed by your credit card provider or bank, especially in the case where your purchase involves foreign exchange transactions.

All prices displayed throughout the website are listed in Australian Dollars and they include GST (where applicable). By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price (plus any applicable shipping and handling charges) in Australian Dollars for all orders. You agree to pay any additional charges or taxes incurred (including any custom duties) if applicable to the sale or delivery of the Goods.

Your privacy matters to us. Katherine Grace collects personal information such as your name, email, and shipping details, only when you make a purchase, contact us, or sign up to our Collector's List. This information is used solely to fulfil your order, send you updates you've opted into, and improve your experience. The website is built on Squarespace, which may collect browsing data as part of its platform services. Where necessary, your details may be shared with our print production partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate our services. You can unsubscribe or request access to your data at any time by contacting us.
